Computer Terms: What Is "Net Neutrality"?

Now the computer is connected throughout the world. Many a people put the computer to good use. We avail ourselves of the internet or something about the computer. The internet is same for all of the people but the price or something is anything but same. People know that it is not fair so many people are arguing that. The price is different to each country. And The Net Neutrally is one of the biggest problems in the world. Some countries regard it as a big problem but others do not. The farmer is France, for example. This is the net neutrality such as the difference. Personally speaking, I think all people should use the internet with the same price.
