virtual video
Now people all over the world use the internet so much. We can watch the video by utilizing the internet with ease. But it is not legal to watch that which is not of own country. For example, there are a CM or a music movie. We, the Japanese, can not watch these types of programs in Japan. The virtual world is the virtual world so we can not make any people who want to watch these stop continuing this act. I mean that people can do that without the permission, other wards, the government or some system prohibit people from doing that, but we are able to do that. To sum up, the virtual video is one of the problems of the internet.

I partly agree with your opinion, but basically, Viral video is not problem because it is not dangerous or adult video. We can feel happy when we watch Viral video. I know there are lot of Viral video sites. Even so, I can understand and partly agree with you. However, I think Islamic terrorist's barbarous and cruel video clips are more dangerous. In some terrorists's sites, we will watch executing scene!
